Kenya is ready for the second African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM). The team is expected to meet with representatives from a cross section of government institutions charged with implementing the reform agenda. They will hold talks with officials of the Ministries of Internal Security; Lands; Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs; Public Service; Labour; and Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 among others.
Members of the civil society are also expected to participate due to the crucial role they play in the push for the implementation of reforms.
Towards the end of the Second APRM Country Review exercise, a national stake holder’s forum will be held where delegates from various counties are expected to attend.
